Hello!
I hope you’re having a wonderful summer. I wanted to personally invite you to something new I’ve created, and it is completely free.
I recently opened an online Skool community called Enough, Actually. It is a space where we can have honest conversations about self-love, self-worth, worthiness wounds, self-trust, boundaries, and the real-life patterns that can keep us from fully choosing ourselves.
There are already three videos waiting for you inside the community, along with some thoughtful conversations that I would love for you to be part of. You can explore everything at your own pace, and I will continue adding new teachings and resources whenever inspiration strikes.
I chose Skool because it is much easier to organize than a Facebook group. It is also accessible for people who do not use Facebook or who are trying to spend less time on traditional social media. You can access it from your computer or through the Skool app.
To introduce the community, I am also hosting a free live mini-class:
What Is Enough, Actually?
Thursday, July 30 at 6:30 pm Edmonton time
Approximately 40 minutes
Online and completely free
Self-worth is about much more than simply feeling good about yourself.
It shapes what you believe you are allowed to ask for, what you tolerate, how quickly you set aside your own needs to keep the peace, and whether you trust yourself enough to make the choices you truly want to make.
When your self-worth feels uncertain, it can look like overthinking every decision, staying quiet when something matters, working harder to prove your value, feeling guilty for resting, struggling to receive support, or constantly worrying that you are disappointing someone.
It can keep you in relationships, roles, habits, and versions of yourself that no longer fit because choosing yourself feels selfish, risky, or wrong.
You can understand self-worth intellectually and still overgive, question yourself, minimize what you need, or wait for someone else to reassure you that you are doing okay.
That is the space between knowing you are enough and actually living like it.
During this free class, we will explore:
• How low self-worth can show up in everyday life
• Why you may continue abandoning yourself, even when you know better
• How self-worth affects your boundaries, relationships, confidence, and choices
• What it means to experience worth in your body, not just understand it intellectually
• How to begin becoming someone who stays on her own side
I will also share more about the Enough, Actually community and how it can support you as you practise self-worth, self-trust, and choosing yourself in real life.
You are welcome to come for the teaching, take what you need, and see whether the community feels like a good fit for you. There is no cost and no pressure.
