That’s the heart of The Domino Effect, a six-week online women’s circle series designed to help you:

✨ Understand the patterns that shaped you and gently disrupt the ones that no longer serve
✨ Love the parts of yourself you’ve hidden or judged
✨ Break inherited cycles with compassion, not force
✨ Witness how even one act of self-love creates ripples across your life

Each week, we’ll gather on Zoom for guided reflection, somatic or creative practices, real conversation, and the support of a circle walking this path alongside you.
