1. Six Bloom into Being Modules This program focuses on releasing disempowering belief systems to cultivate greater freedom, joy, and fulfillment in your life. Through it, you’ll explore your authentic self, clarify your values, and align with your heart’s desires. Emphasis is placed on letting go of the need for external validation, empowering your inner voice to guide you confidently. You’ll experience mindset shifts and practical somatic practices that accelerate healing in unexpected ways. By working with your nervous system, you’ll regain control and agency in your life, moving away from autopilot. 2. Six Beginner Yoga for All Bodies Classes A yoga series that is truly for beginners that will not only show you how to move your body in a unique way but will have yoga philosophy, contemplation and principles woven in to get a well rounded practice that encompasses the 8 limbs of yoga. Yoga Postures are just one of those 8 limbs, we want to show you all of them.
3. Six Somatic Exercise Classes Somatic exercise goes against what we typically think of as exercise. There is no cardio, no strengthening, and nothing is done with speed. Instead, somatic exercise focuses on deliberate, slow, controlled movement with a focus on feeling the sensation within your body. Think of your sore, tight, contracted muscles like a knotted rope. When the ends of the rope are pulled in opposite directions, the knot in the center become tighter, harder to undo. When the rope is gently moved towards the knot, towards the center, the knot will begin loosen, allowing it to eventually come undone completely, restoring the rope to its original shape and function. This is essentially what we do in somatic exercise, move our muscles in the direction of ease, to allow the contraction to release and improve movement!
